Lotus takes inspiration from a type of yeast used in the ceramics of the Vietnamese nation as well as Asia since ancient times.

We serve both traditional and international flavours. A free full breakfast is included for guests. Lunch and dinner are served with local cuisine where we introduce traditional rural dishes and regional specialties of Vietnam.

Healthy eating is our passion. We insist on using fresh and organic ingredients for each dish. Our chef gathers the best produce from the region ensuring best flavours without artificial ingredients.
