NB03 - PRIVATE TOUR: HOA LU - TAM COC / TRANG AN - MUA CAVE (FULL DAY)

Discover ancient history at Hoa Lu, drift through stunning landscapes in Tam Coc or Trang An, and hike up Mua Cave for a breathtaking panoramic view.

08:00 – Your private tour guide and driver from HTS Travel will pick you up  at the Bai Dinh Garden Resort & Spa.

09:15 – Short break (15-20 minutes) to relax, use the facilities, or grab a quick snack.

10:30 – Visit Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital from 968 to 1010. Explore the temples of King Dinh and King Le to learn about the Dinh, Le, and Ly dynasties.

11:15 – 11:45 – Choose between a 30-minute cycling tour to experience the local countryside or relaxing at the restaurant while enjoying the scenic lake, waterfall, and valleys.

12:00 – Enjoy a buffet lunch with local specialties. Vegetarian options are available.

13:15 – 13:30 – Choose one of the following options:

  • Option 1: Tam Coc – Known as “Halong Bay on land,” take a 1.5-hour boat trip down the Ngo Dong River. Admire picturesque rice paddies, limestone karst formations, and pass through the stunning Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba caves.
  • Option 2: Trang An – A UNESCO World Heritage Site (recognized in 2014). Enjoy a 2-hour boat ride through scenic waterways and tunnel caves, including filming locations from the 2016 movie Kong: Skull Island.

15:30 – Visit Mua Cave and climb 500 steps to the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Tam Coc and the surrounding landscape.

16:30 – 17:00 – Drop off at the resort. Tour ends.
